Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026 ยท Limited DEV preview

These Terms govern the limited development preview of Streamako, a camera live-streaming and recording service being developed for separate user accounts. The service is operated by the Streamako project operator, reachable at dubovyyandriy@gmail.com. You must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the preview's features. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Development preview

The dashboard currently operates on the operator's local network. Public information pages do not grant access to the dashboard or create a public service launch. Features may be incomplete or unavailable; paid plans, public availability, continuous availability, and permanent storage are not offered by this preview. Participate only with the operator's permission and if you are legally able to accept these Terms.

Your account and content

Keep your login, camera stream key, and temporary file links private. Use only accounts and destinations that you own or are authorized to operate. You remain responsible for the audio, video, music, images, location information, and other content you transmit, including permissions from other people where needed.

You retain your rights to your content. You authorize Streamako to receive, process, temporarily store, transmit, and prepare recordings of that content only as needed to provide the features you request and maintain or troubleshoot the service. These Terms do not grant a right to sell your recordings or use them to train general-purpose AI models.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, abuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to access another user's streams or files. Access may be restricted to address security, abuse, capacity, or service integrity issues.

YouTube API Services and authorization

The new account-based YouTube integration is in development and not yet available in the deployed dashboard. When enabled, it will use YouTube API Services and your explicit Google OAuth consent to identify your channel and create, bind, monitor, start, and complete broadcasts you request. Authorization of a channel is separate from approval of the broadcast settings and actions.

By using Streamako features that interact with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Streamako is independent and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube. Testing status, permission grants, or these pages do not mean Google has verified the application.

You must review the destination, title, visibility, and other available settings before starting an action. Broader OAuth permission does not itself authorize unrelated account changes. Streamako will not delete completed YouTube broadcasts or replays merely because a local recording expires. New integration actions require a corresponding user-facing explanation and authorization.

Recordings and service limits

The current DEV policy is a 50 GiB storage quota per user and a maximum eight-hour session. Recording parts, failed recovery data, prepared files, and stored final files contribute to storage accounting. A running session can exceed the account quota until its time limit; a later start that requires recording space may be refused until usage is reduced or the applicable allowance changes. Physical server capacity is a separate constraint.

Final files become downloadable only after storage and catalog verification. Their download availability ends 30 days after first confirmed readiness in private storage, as shown in the dashboard. This is not a permanent archive. Keep your own copies of important recordings. Expiry of download access does not mean every physical copy has already been erased: automated expiry deletion is not yet implemented in this preview, and failed recording parts may need operator recovery or cleanup.

Revocation, deletion, and support

You can stop streaming and revoke the integration through Google Account third-party connections. To request removal of stored account, recording, or integration data, contact the operator from your registered email address. Requests and revocation are handled as described in the Privacy Policy; do not assume that revocation automatically erases every copy in this preview.

Removing data from Streamako does not remove data held by YouTube. Use YouTube's controls to delete a broadcast or replay there. The new integration's deletion and backup behavior must be verified before it is enabled.

Reliability and changes

Network, camera, hardware, storage, software, and provider failures can interrupt a broadcast, prevent recovery, or cause incomplete or lost recordings. Streamako cannot recreate content that never arrived from your camera. This preview does not provide a service-level availability guarantee. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded by applicable law or the relevant provider policies.

Features and preview limits may change. Material changes to these Terms or data handling will be disclosed, and additional consent obtained where required. The date above identifies this version. Public or paid launch terms will be reviewed separately before those services are offered.
